ubion.ORS at the CeBIT 2006

Punctual to the CeBIT ubion.ORS is to be presented with many new features.

The functional range of the reporting software ubion.ORS was, well mapped, retrofit and improved. Especially a new filter mechanism was created to make it easier to administrate and find elements of data sources like for example tables. Additionally the usability of place holders was improved. With the new version of ubion.ORS a list of proposition values can be generated dynamically out of the data source. There is no need anymore to fill in the parameters manually. Furthermore you can create reports with a volume of many thousand pages, from now on.

Beside from functional enhacements the focus was to emphasise the intuitive charater of the application. Concerning this background ubion.ORS was equippe with a manifold of example reports, which can be used without installation of a datasource. Comprehensible step for step tutorials, which lead the user through the application are part of the ubion suite, too. To continue the feature list the assistant for report lists was enhanced, so that from now on you can create a template with but a few clicks. In the new version there is now the possibility to generate reports directly out of the resource explorer, there is no need anymore to make a detour and use the report assistant. And among all these features there is now the new context sensitive online help whicht serves in many places to support the user with information to solve his problems in any occuring situation.
