NOA 2.08 and NOA4e 2.0.8

The UNO wrapper NOA and the OpenOffice.org integration solution for the eclipse platform (NOA4e) are now available in version 2.0.8 under solutions. NOA is now an OSGi Bundle and requires Java 5.0. Other changes are listed in the change log.
